Can be hard work at times but isn't a bad job. Had a really great local manager and supervisor. Very family atmosphere at my branch. But corporate can be very fickle and are very stringent. Pay starts lower than some other jobs, but you'll be home every night. Dispatchers and leadership are good. Just be ready for hard work, the typical miscommunications, and raises that aren't great. They can't even upgrade their buildings.
