Get ready for mandatory overtime

Unfortunately the start pay is not enough for the work that you will be doing. Especially with the cost of living now. Overtime is mandatory so you don’t have a choice. Good place to work but strict on protocols.

Can be hard work at times but isn't a bad job. Had a really great local manager and supervisor. Very family atmosphere at my branch. But corporate can be very fickle and are very stringent. Cheap place

Pay starts lower than some other jobs, but you'll be home every night. Dispatchers and leadership are good. Just be ready for hard work, the typical miscommunications, and raises that aren't great. They can't even upgrade their buildings.
