Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. What You'll Do

As a Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle while providing exceptional service to both employees and clients.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Recruit, source, interview, and hire candidates
  • Fill positions in manufacturing, warehouse, production, clerical, and light industrial environments
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings
  • Build recruiting pipelines using multiple sourcing methods
  • Attend hiring events and recruiting initiatives

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Complete new hire onboarding
  • Process I-9s, E-Verify, background checks, and drug screens
  • Conduct orientations
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Employee Relations

  • Support attendance management
  • Resolve employee concerns
  • Coach employees on workplace expectations
  • Assist with retention initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with associates

Client Support

  • Partner with client managers to understand staffing needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Help ensure high fill rates and employee retention

Payroll & Administration

  • Process weekly payroll
  • Maintain employee records in ATS and staffing software
  • Update personnel files
  • Complete administrative reporting
  • Support daily office operations

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Staffing agency experience
  • Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Human Resources experience
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Customer service or account management experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or light industrial operations
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
