Marketing Assistant jobs

Marketing and administrative assistants supports both the operations at the manufacturing facility and the overall company's sales and marketing. This includes marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and on collecting and interpreting marketing analytics. You will develop and implement our marketing plans to give information to targeted customers via email, websites, social media, etc. Experience in social media digital marketing, graphic design, SEOs, Adobe Suites, website maintenance, videography, all a plus, understanding you won't be proficient in all of these skills. We seek to utilize some components of guerilla marketing, though as a company with an established customer base.

Candidates will also perform roles a few hours a day to provide support for the location, from helping with invoicing, supporting our software engineers, scheduling trips, scheduling training, scheduling customer training, etc. This role will give you great experience in how a company works.

To be chosen for this role, you must have prior work experience in administrative roles, marketing/graphic design. Effective written and verbal communication skills, great organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail are important keys to success in this role.
