Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. Your expertise will drive workforce strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining a compliant and engaging workplace culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR practices that empower employees and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that support employee evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and labor law regulations through diligent policy management.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts proactively through effective conflict management strategies and fostering open communication channels.
  • Drive organizational design initiatives, including change management projects, succession planning, and workforce management strategies aligned with strategic planning objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management systems such as Paycom or similiar.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques including social media management for employer branding and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data collection and data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence at all levels of the organization; experience with HRIS platforms like Paycom is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills demonstrated through experience in administrative functions such as contracts administration and benefits administration.
