About Us

Group 10 Financial is a boutique wealth management firm in Maitland, FL helping retirees and pre-retirees navigate retirement income, investments, taxes, healthcare, and legacy planning.

We are hiring a full-time Associate Financial Advisor / Client Service Advisor to support our growing team.

This is an in-office career-track role for someone who:

The Role

This is a career-track Associate Wealth Advisor role (about 70% client service / 30% growth) with a clear path to Wealth Advisor.

You’ll work closely with a Lead Advisor, support client relationships, and gradually take on more responsibility — including servicing clients, participating in growth initiatives, and developing into a future producer.

Work style:

What You’ll Do

  • Support and service existing clients (RMDs, income planning, investment planning, distributions, legacy planning support, etc.)
  • Prepare for and follow up after client meetings
  • Lead client progress reviews (with support as needed)
  • Coordinate with custodians and financial institutions on account opening, transfers, and maintenance
  • Process service requests and paperwork accurately from start to finish
  • Maintain detailed client records in CRM and planning software
  • Communicate proactively with clients to ensure timely follow-through
  • Participate in team meetings, seminars, and educational events
  • Follow established processes and help improve workflows

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years experience in financial services
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Client-service mindset and coachability
  • Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced environment

Licensing:

  • Florida Health & Life License (preferred)
  • Series 65 (preferred — or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months)
