The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to Baptist Health patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. Clinical Pharmacist I interprets, reviews and processes medication orders, screens orders for appropriateness and intervenes as warranted. The Clinical Pharmacist I provides patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, for assigned clinical areas, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes. Estimated pay range for this position is $65.25 / hour depending on shift as applicable.

Description:

Qualifications:
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Registered Pharmacist.
- Bachelor of Science required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred.
- Preferred Progressive pharmaceutical care experience (or) Pharmacy Practice Residency.
