Siteworks Engineering, LLC – Harrington, Delaware

Siteworks Engineering is seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer to assist with land development projects throughout Kent and Sussex Counties, Delaware. Our firm specializes in site design, subdivision planning, stormwater management, and construction support for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare civil site design plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
  • Design stormwater management systems in accordance with DNREC Sediment & Stormwater Regulations.
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using HydroCAD or similar software.
  • Prepare subdivision and land development plans for local municipalities and counties.
  • Coordinate with agencies such as DelDOT, DNREC, Conservation Districts, and local Planning Departments.
  • Assist with permitting, technical reports, and construction administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0–8 years of experience in site design or land development engineering.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
  • Experience with HydroCAD or stormwater modeling preferred.
  • EIT or PE license preferred (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
