Full job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced escrow assistant to join our team at our Union Park office. This is a great role for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the title or escrow industry who's ready to sharpen their skills alongside experienced escrow officers and grow within a stable, well-established company.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in title, escrow, or a closely related real estate field
- A solid working knowledge of escrow processes, including settlement statement preparation, funds disbursement, and document recording.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to coordinate and assist colleagues across the company.
